This is so that you can send e-blasts to your subscribers an UNLIMITED number of times every month! No minimum, no maximum, UNLIMITED! For example, say you have 500 subscribers. You can send each subscriber 3 e-blasts a month, 5 e-blasts a month, or 10 e-blasts a month all at the same cost!
